Hello,

the only thing you can do at home is to apply cold compresses, elevate the extremity (if you were bitten - as usually happens - on an extremity) and visit the ER for assessment. Further treatment will depend on the severity of your condition. If you can't recognize this spider then perhaps you should show it to someone who can to avoid getting into trouble without a real reason that is.
