I read history provided by you. You told that you get trauma during intercourse which lead to pain and embarrassment rather than pleasure. After healing of erosions, you go for sex again, which causes further damage to prepuce. So, it would be very difficult for you to have pleasurable intercouse..right?

I think, you may be having narrow prepuce..i.e. Phimosis. It may be mild to moderate. Your prepucial skin may be retracted with difficulty while erection. This would be the reason to get minor trauma during the intercourse.

You consult the dermatologist to have perfect diagnosis. After thorough examination,he would prescribe the drugs like oral antibiotic,antiinflammatory drugs and antibiotic cream ...to heal the erosions on prepuce. If the narrow prepuce does not recover, I would suggest to have minor surgery called circumcision. It is a minor surgical operation of removal prepuce with permenant exposing the glans of penis. It is very simple and minor surgery done under local anaesthesia by general surgeon. It may be advised by your dermatologist after complete examination and investigations.I hope such operation might solve your problem. Still, you may take opinion from nearby dermatologist.
