Question : After having a rather rough sexual experience with my partner today. Afterwords, I notices 2 red raw marks below the head of my penis. It hurts when I touch it. the pain is slight but it's fairly notable when I look at it and it's alarming. I would like to know what I should do to help it heal and know if it will heal fully. I have some antibiotic ointment I have in it currently.

Following rough sex, bruises and even blisters are not uncommon. There is no need for antibiotics are not needed at this time. Cleanse daily with an antiseptic solution such as betadine. Avoid putting on tight fitting under wears that can cause increased temperatures, humidity and sweating which will retard healing. In the meantime, abstain from further sex until healing is full.
