Question : I had a water bump on my penis, it burst 2 days ago but now it look like fresh skin, it burn when soap and water get on that area, how long does it take to heal and what can I put on it to help it heal?

Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit, short and specific.
Noted that you had a water bump on penis which got ruptured. And now there is new skin which burns on soap and water.
The healing of skin on penis is fast and normally it takes 5-7 days for healing depending upon the size of wound.
It is advisable to apply liquid povidone iodine locally.
Please post clear photographs if possible .
