please click a picture and send me. It would be better to advise once I can see the lesion. Chronic smoking can cause mucosal damage but it causes dryness. Lesion are usually due to some infection or deficiency or a malignancy.

no they did not pain.from both side toungue is red and my doctor told ne that it is due to skin damage
