Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have reviewed the image.
These are fordyce spots which are nothing but ectopic sebaceous glands. Fordyce spots is a normal anatomic variation and they are better left alone. No intervention is required.

Is there any anti-biotics that i can use to remove them or at least have it disappear.
Brief Answer:
fordyce spots can be easily removed with a CO 2 laser
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Antibiotics wont work for fordyce spots because it is not an infection.
If you are concious about them you can contact a dermatologist in your region who would remove them with either CO 2 laser or with radiofrequency cautery.
