Brief Answer:
Antifungal drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
You have developed fungal infection.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antifungal medication.
Oral itraconazole 100 mg twice a day and topical clotrimazole cream to be applied twice daily for a month will take care of the infection.
It is safe and effective.
You might require prescription for this.
Meet a doctor nearby and get it prescribed.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
