After one year of age milk is just an optional component of diet provided that the nutritional components can be procured from elsewhere. With your husband having lactose intolerance and child having these issues, it is likely that your child too is lactose intolerant. So whole milk or milk as a whole would do more harm than good and I would insist you to avoid it altogether. You can give Nutraminigen when needed but get transitioned entirely to semisolids. You can practically give an adult diet low in spices but in mashed or pounded form. Try one new food item every week and stick to it for the week gradually building up on the quantity.
