Suggest Remedies For Burning Sensation In The Scrotum Area

Question : Scrotum burning sensation not reduced with antibiotics or gabapentin 100mg. Worse after sitting n driving..please help burn is very hard to bear

History of eczema.
Had gall bladder surgery this year and hernia near navel
Started with a cut on scrotum to using neosporin , then rash , pain antibiotics, then kept getting worse..went to urologist dermatologist who gave gapapentin 6 days back 100mg twice a day..drive made burning worse.. Need to sit n work.. Relief from the burn ..

Antibiotic taking now doxyclyline ..stomach sensitive so I do not take much of stomach hurting meds. Have Zantac ..need relief have to go to work..

Urologist gave antibiotic for healing, dermatologist appointment was taken n checked..skin tender but seems healed no infection..so gave gapapentin 100mg..6 days no relief...is fine when in bed sleeping as I have ambien cr for sleep.. but hard as I sit n move, evening it's harder loose skin burning is hard..tried boxers, sitting in all positions ..waiting for meds to work no luck..tired ..any painkiller that will help.?
