Suggest Remedies For Burning Sensation In The Thighs

Question: My wife(28years) has burning and painful sensation on her right thighs to knee. we tried using volini and iodex but the pain is not reducing. please advice
Brief Answer:
Seems to be related to nerve
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
This seems to be related to nerve problems. Either nerve is getting impinged at the back or its inflamed somewhere near the skin. Does she have back pain? If back pain is present, then treating it will reduce the pain on thighs.
Volini and iodex will not help. Better pain killers will be needed.
Also check for vitamin B12 levels.
Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Take care of back
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Yes the back pain needs to be corrected.
Firstly try strengthening exercise of back muscles like yoga, etc. Avoid carrying heavy things. Check for calcium and vitamin D levels and correct them if needed.
If this does not work then further tests of back like X-ray and MRI will be needed.

but as of now what to do for the pain..
Brief Answer:
Depends on the severity of pain
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Management of this pain depends on the severity of the pain.
If pain is mild to moderate- tablet ibuprofen 200 mg twice a day is enough.
If pain is bad or long lasting, then stronger pain killers like gabapentin, etc will be needed. You will need to see a specialist like orthopedic surgeon or neurologist for stronger medicines.
