Hi,

Based on your symptoms, there can be two common possibilities. One can be urinary tract infection and the other lack of proper water intake.

I suggest to get a urinalysis test done so that urine infection can be excluded. Meantime, please take good amount of water (if not contraindicated due to other kidney/heart problem) which can give symptommatic relief.
