Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Prima facie your pain appears to be due to arthritic changes in your neck called as cervical spondylitis. Start taking ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day and do local hot FOMENTATION. In case you feel that there is no improvement in pain, then consult an orthopedician for proper examination and relevant investigations.
In addition do get a cardiac assessment done to rule out any heart involvement.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
