Question : my father has chronic myeloid lukemia, what vitamins should he be taking?

Routine vitamin supplements are not required in chronic myeloid leukemia. This is because extra vitamins can stimulate cancer cells.

If there is suspicion for deficiency of any vitamin like b12 or mineral like iron, then that can be supplemented.
