Suggest Remedies For Chronic Pancreatitis Followed By Vertigo

default
Posted on Sat, 31 Dec 2016
Question: I have chronic pancreatitis. It flares up when I forget, and eat junk for 5-7 days. Each time, it is accompanied by vertigo, room spins, unstable walking. As the stomach/intestinal stuff improves, vertigo improves. It is positional vertigo most of the time, lying down to sitting up activates it. I am working on improving the pancreatitis, but I don't understand why the vertigo accompanies the pancreatitis

Brief Answer:
It's due to fluid/ electrolytic imbalance due to chronic pancreatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for the query under Health Care Magic > i have read it carefully & understand your concern.
The problem arises when you take fast food having more carbohydrates & fats .. which puts extra load on diseased pancreas.. It's can be prevented by adopting regular & disciplined lifestyle, & I know you must be aware of that.
This load on pancreas lead to symptoms like nausea/ vomiting or dizziness & vertigo, weakness due to fluid depletion, either by vomiting or Body utilizing & excreting more body fluids to get rid of toxins/ excess enzymes...thus creating fluid & electrolytic imbalance & causing vertigo.
* The answer to this condition is avoiding all the junk food & taking medications ( pancreatic hormone supplements- as advised by your
gasteroenterologist. )
I hope that answers your query.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
