Brief Answer:
Seems to be a rib fracture

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.

From your medical history,it seems that you may have injured one of your ribs when you had a fall.

Such rib fracture pain won't reduce only with analgesic medicines as the ribs are constantly moving due to respiratory movements.

I suggest you to wear a rib belt around the painful rib 24 hours a day. This will provide support to the damaged rib and help alleviate much of the pain.

Applying local analgesic gels and hot fomentation will help.

Get a chest Xray to confirm the diagnosis.

You can post the Xray here so that i can guide you better.

Take analgesic muscle relaxant tablets along with calcium and Viatmin D tablets for faster healing.

Your present blood pressure seems to be pretty high. This may be due to the pain that you are suffering from.

Once the pain reduces, blood pressure should come down to normal.
If it doesn't,then you should contact your physician.

I hope this answer was useful.

Best regards.
