Brief Answer:
Oxymetazoline or Xylometazoline are effective medications.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Hi, Welcome to Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.

For the symptomatic relief of nasal congestion (stuffy nose) due to cold, you may use Oxymetazoline of Xylometazoline decongestants. They are available over the counter as nasal drops or sprays.

They should not be used for more than 3 to 5 days at a stretch. Along with the nasal decongestants I would advise you to take Paracetamol tablets three times daily.

Continue to take plenty of oral fluids, avoid cold drinks, ice creams, etc.

Hope this will help you to get rid off the cold related issues.
Best regards.
