Question : yesterday night i had a little itching in my left ear.
i tried to clear it with index finger. but some sort of vacuum got created and it pained while i pulled off my finger; i felt ear congestion. i cleared the wax inside. but that doesn't help. i feel fullness inside. i have had ear congestion many times in past. it used to go away in minutes and it never happened due to cleaning my ears with finger. please help. i have tried to sleep with left year upwards. it feels good until i wake up.

I have read your query and understand your concern.
After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having
ear infection (Otitis externa) due to itching with/without boils or impacted ear wax . Frequent ear congestion are common in nose allergy , cold & cough .
If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
consult ENT specialist for ear examination deep inside to know the cause for fullness & congestion .
Stop itching ear , it will worse the condition .
Use Ear drop Ciplox D 4 drops four times daily for relief .
Antihistaminic Tab Claritin (Loratadine 10mg) at night &
Tab paracetamol thrice daily for pain with congextion .
You will get relief .
You may need to see your doctor to get a prescription for medications .

I will try Ciplox D 4 and Loratadine for one day, if no relief then i will seek ENT specialist for ear examination. I hope that would be ok.
