Brief Answer:
Safe to take

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Yes, it is safe to take isabgula husk in pregnancy.
You can take 2-3 teaspoons in warm water at bedtime for 7-10 days.
However, you should try to relieve constipation naturally by taking a lot of fibre in diet, sprouts, fruits and salads. Along with them, you should take 2-3 litres of fluid a day.
You should walk after meals.
All this is very effective in relieving constipation in pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
