Question : Please advise . To make a long story short I recently suffered a severe bout of constipation due to ibuprofen. I'm a veterinarian and I had a bad cat bite. I was severely constipated and took multiple laxatives and had severe pain. Tonight I was soaking in the tub and I checked my anal area. To my horror there is a one and a half centimeter fleshy red mass what feels like a mass in my vaginal/clitoris I am beyond scared. I can see it when I look in the mirror and I can feel it when I put my finger in my vagina. I am so scared please help

Well, I can understand feeling scared when there is something there that shouldn't be there. But it may not necessarily be something frightful.
It is possible that what you are seeing/feeling is a polyp. Most of these are benign.
Another possibility, although you are on the young end for this, is that if you have been straining a lot from the constipation, that there may be some prolapse from strain on the pelvic floor muscles.
Go in to be seen by a doctor to confirm, but I don't think your description sounds like something necessarily serious.
