Ketoconazole +salicylic acid shampoo, oral antifungal like cap itraconazole
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I understand your concern but dandruff is a chronic disease for which shampoos have to be used for a very long duration.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to use shampoo containing combination of ketoconazole and salicylic acid twice weekly and take oral antifungal like capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily for 10 days followed by capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily for 2 days per month for atleast 10-12 months.
Once your dandruff improves you can taper the usage of shampoo to once in a week or fortnight but don't discontinue it otherwise the dandruff will recur.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
