Brief Answer:
follow the advises, maintain a healthy lifestyle...

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concerns,

First of all, please note that it's necessary to diagnose the exact reason behind the dark circles...it's important to find out what may be causing these (not just poor sleep/sedentary lifestyle, but improper dietary habits/ chronic history of cold; allergies/ prolonged sunlight exposure/ not drinking enough water throughout the day/ some genetic factors or even the facial architecture itself may be responsible)...

In most of those cases, the primary goal of treatment is simply by avoiding the precipitating factor/s...

However, before going for another cosmetic product, I'd suggest you simply follow a strict routine of balanced diet including lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, avoid junk foods, drink plenty of water (2.5 ltr at least per day), timely sleep (7-8hr per day), avoid caffeine/smoking/alcohol (if at all do) and see how you stay...

Along with this, always apply a good sunscreen while going outdoor, and always put on a good quality Goggles while going out in the daytime...

Along with these, try a home-made pack of pure tomato puree and crushed mint-leaves (strictly homemade, without any additives, 2-3 ripe organic tomatoes and a handful of fresh mint leaves, the mixture can be refrigerated and used for up to 72hrs) , apply after gently cleansing the face with luke-warm water as an eye-pack (preferably overnight) for around 15days and observe how you stay...

If still not many improvements, you can go for Bionic Eye Creams (eg. NeoStrata) twice daily for 4 weeks...

To conclude, please note, total prevention of dark under-eye circles is a debatable entity. However, with all these measures, you can certainly minimize them to quite some extent. For even better management, there are Laser therapies available (please discuss with your nearby Dermatologist for these)...

Take Care
Kind Regards
