Brief Answer:
Stop the above mentioned creams, use kojic acid based cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
According to me you might have developed side effects due to lookbrite cream as it contains hydroquinone and tretinoin.
I would recommend you to stop the usage of lookbrite cream and triobloc cream and instead apply a kojic acid based cream on your face twice daily.
Many preparations are available in the market like kojivit cream or kojiglo cream or clearz creaam.
You can use either of the above twice daily for atleast 8-10 weeks.
All are equally effective.
Make sure you use a proper sunscreen protection when you are using these creams, continue using the sunscreen during the day time.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

So i must already informed about the possible side effects as i already posted that my skin is oily, but Dr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX never intimated these side effects.
I already wasted the money in purchasing those two creams.
However i am using the sun screen in day time, even its rainy season and sun is rarely available. Is it ok to use sun screen, even if its cloudy and sun not visible.

After stopping the use of lookbrite & triobloc, would the damage recover automatically with time or i need to use some more creams??

Now its hard to believe, about the above suggested creams by you.
How much the creams suggested by you will cost? And whats the procedure to use them. Remember that my skin type is oily.

Yes the damage caused to your skin will resolve automatically even if you don't use any creams. Just continue using the sunscreen.
For oily skin I would recommend you to go for kojivit gel. It has to be applied twice daily on the face. It will cost around 250-300 XXXXXXX rupees.

Have you heard or use the face cream named Attitude from Amway?? If not, can search and check its chemical content in google.

Allergic reaction can occur from any cream but if you have used it in the past without any side effects you can safely use it.
You can go ahead with it.
