I have gone through your query. Sunnath or circumcision is the process of removal of the foreskin of penis. I do not understand when you talk about skin colour change, as I find no relation between the two. I would be glad if you could clarify a bit further. Are you talking about the colour of the glans (head) of the penis? If so, the colour is likely to darken slightly over a period of time and that is normal.

Yes I mean head. Some areas are normal skin colour nd other are in white.e.g.. while doing scissorian operation the stiched area are in white.
