Question : I did sunnath @ age 21,now my age is 28, my doubt is my skin colour not changed to original.is there any cream to get back to actual

Yes I mean head. Some areas are normal skin colour nd other are in white.e.g.. while doing scissorian operation the stiched area are in white.
