Question: Doctor I ate papayas also for getting mensus but I dint got actually my last periods was in December that to it was 2 times after dat I dint get any periods and also I took mensovito plus tablet frm last 2 days but I still dint get periods m soo worried about this and in December I had a unprotected sex with my boyfriend but am sure that the sperm was dint inserted inside and I hv done with my home pregnancy test it was negative but still am worried about my periods

The Mensovit is a herbal/ayurvedic preparation with not much use. Do not take it.

Could you tell me when was your last period exactly, first day of your last menstrual period and when did you last have unprotected intercourse?

Also tell me which date did you do the home pregnancy test on?

If you have done the home pregnancy test in the last couple of days and the unprotected intercourse was more than 15 days ago, then you are not pregnant.

To get your period you need to take tab. Duphaston 10 mg 3 times a day for 3 days and then stop. You will get your period in 7 days of stopping the pills.

Papayas are not scientifically proven to help regularize periods.

I got last my periods 2 times in December and in January and February I dint get periods and I had done with the test on Feb 26th it was negative and in December V had our sex in December last week I got 2nd time periods

Then it means that you are definitely not pregnant as you did the test on 26 feb and last intercourse was december.

You will need to take Duphaston or other progesterone hormone pill and then wait, you should get your period in a weeks time.

Ask your doctor for the correct dosage and prescription for the same medicine
