Hi,
I suggest you first check BP, pulse and temperature.
If the BP is dropping below 100/60, Pulse over 100, Temperature of 102 C-- Any of the above please see a doctor.
If not then please keep sipping Electrolytes. If an antidiarrhoea like IMMODIUM is over the counter you can take only one tablet.
You seem to have bacterial infection which needs to be treated with antibiotics.
Passing out is a bad symptom so be careful if you are alone. Nausea and abdominal pain are bad symptoms.
