Brief Answer:
Giving medicines will not reduce the duration of diarrhoea.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
Let me mention that most often diarrhoea in children is due to viral cause where antibiotics are ineffective. But since you have started metrogyl and Ofloxacin, you should complete the course of metrogyl thrice daily for 5 days and OF twice a day for 5 days. Continue to give Neutrolin B and Enterogermina for few more days. The mainstay of treatment is ORS (oral rehydration solution) to make up for the lost water and fluids. Irrespective of treatment, the passage of stool will continue for 3-4 more days and you need to be patient.
Let me know if I could be of further assistance.
