Brief Answer:
Loose bowel movement

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with loose bowel movements or diarrhea. To help reduce your bowel movements I would recommend that you start by eating a high fiber diet which would include green leafy vegetables. I would then recommend using a medication called diphenoxylate/atropine or Loperamide to help slow your gut motility and help form you stools. If these measures don't help then you need to seek medical attention. You could have a bacterial or viral GI infection and require additional antibiotics. We at Healthcare Magic can't prescribe medication. So if you don't improve then you need to be seen and fully evaluated.

I hope I answered you question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions.
