Question : I am a pancreatic cancer patient, undergoing chemo therapy. I have no appetite and had a feeding tube put in because I can't eat. I know cancer can cause loss off appetite. I do take opiods for discomfort, can this contribute to loss of appetite. My problem is I can't control Diarrhea. I take lomitril, but I need more. Please help with this big problem.
