Brief Answer:
Need complete evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. If your baby is dairy sensitive then she needs proper evaluation for allergens responsible for allergic episodes to check for list of food items you need to omit and include. You need to visit an allergist for proper evaluation.

Kindly mention your baby's weight, birth weight, head circumference and length for my reference to check for her growth. If she is sitting without support, picking up things, playful, turning around well and responding with mono or bisyllables then development seems normal. Crawling and standing may take up to a year to start.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care

Hi,
Baby's weight is 7.9 kg, birth weight 2.9kg, length 70 cm. yes the points you mentioned she is doing all that. and one more thing she still does not have any teeth?
can it be calcium deficiency as diary is not in diet for both mother n child?

Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi
All the parameters are within normal growth limits. So, no need to worry. A normal baby can start teething anytime between 5 months to 14 months. So, no teething at 10 months is not a pointer to calcium deficiency. Giving vitamin D 3 supplement such as vitanova D 3 drops is sufficient for her.

Take care
