Question : Yesterday I had an injection for hemorrhoids and after that a large one protruded out of the anus. It is large and leaks. Will it go away

What kind of fluid is it?

As long as its not blood leaking from your hemorrhoid, it should go away. Hemorrhoid injection causes its thrombosis inside the hemorrhoid. So no wonder it became swollen.

You should try sitz baths with an Oak Bark twice a day and some suppositories for hemorrhoids. It should decrease in few days. Otherwise, please consult proctologist.
