Brief Answer:
Muscle strain

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the query
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to muscle strain.
1.You can do hot compress or hot fomentation on right shoulder.
2.You can apply absorbine plus jr or voveran thermogel after that.
3.If pain is more you can take pain killers like Diclofenac/Ibubrofen also.
4.Avoid lifting heavy weights. Rest for 3 days from moderate to heavy physical activities also is required.
5.If there is no improvement then you may need muscle relaxants. I would suggest muscle relaxants like Tizanidine or cyclobenzaprine for 3 to 5 days. These are prescription drugs. You can ask your local doctor for it.
6.Even after this there is no improvement then you need to do X ray of right shoulder is required. In case of any such injuries physiotherapy and wearing corsets will be required.

If you have any doubt you are welcome
Take care
