Question : I work in a private organisation with no fixed shift timings.Routine keeps on changing.As a result now days I am finding that I am not able to have a sound sleep.which is hampering my daily life.can you please advise me to solve it out???

I understand it is difficult for you to manage shift work but maintaining sleep hygiene could play a good trick.
