Brief Answer:
Seems thyroid disorder

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This is most probably related to some hormonal imbalance. Such a combination is usually seen in Thyroid disorder. Could also be some other hormone.
Kindly describe your symptoms in details. Have you any infections or diabetes in recent past?

It does need further evaluation. Kindly get following blood tests done:
- Thyroid profile
- Complete blood count
- Fasting blood sugar levels
- Renal function test
- Liver function test
- Serum cortisol levels
- Vitamin B12, D levels

Kindly revert if you need further assistance.
