Question: I have cellulitis of both legs I have 2 areas that are not healing. I wan tto soak my feet and the bottomof my legs what do you recommend? I have a lot of dry skin piling up?

You can soak your legs and feet in warm, water with added Epsom salt.

Do this once or twice a day. Keep the limbs elevated when at rest. Apply ice packs around the swelling areas.

Continue taking Clindamycin. Take Ibuprofen for 5 days if possible. This can reduce the inflammation.
