Brief Answer:
As mention below

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
Welcome to HCM and thanks for query
I understand your concern

High ASO is associated with streptococcal infection/pharyngitis and scarlet fever.
t is is very difficult to tell management without clinical symptoms.
I assume, Following symptoms are present:
fever, sore throat, cold/running nose.
I would suggest to undergo following additional investigations: Rheumatoid factor, ESR, CRP, complete and differential blood count and electrocardiogram to rule out the rheumatic fever.
You have to continue the treatment provided by your treating doctor.
Continue Clavam-625, Hifenac-P,Nasal spary and monti-FX.
Proper bed rest, give lukewarm water, steam inhalation.
Repeat the test after 7 days to know the response of drug.

Hope I have answered your question
If you have further question then I will be happy to help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
