Question : sir.,i got sugar test first time 135 fasting.my ageis 21 yrs. whatshould be my action taken please suggust/guide me.Thanks

I would suggest the following tests.
1. test FBS (again) ,
2. PPBS,
3.Hba1c.
4. Lipid profile,
5. urine ketone and microalbumin
As per the results further medications may be suggested.
Ideally you need to start insulin.
Diet control and moderate physical activity is of paramount importance.
