Brief Answer:
Please give details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.

May I please know additional details:
- Since when have you got this problem of enlargement and pain?/
- Any associated problems like redness or changed color of the skin, fever, chills?
- Any urinary symptoms?

(If possible please post a clear picture)
The commonest causes of such swelling and pain at your age are:
Infected hydrocele
Orchitis due to retrograde infection from urinary tract.
Edema/infection of the skin.

Ultrasonography with color doppler is the best investigation to know what exactly is going on. Please get tests of urine and blood too.
Clinical evaluation and examination by a Surgeon/Urologist along with the tests will give guidelines for diagnosis and treatment.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
Note: For further inquiries on surgery procedure and its risks or complications book an appointment now
