Brief Answer:
it is a possible side effect of both citalopram and gabapentin

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Erectile dysfunction is a possible side effect of citalopram, it can potentially occur in 1 to 10% of persons who use this medication.
It can also occur with gabapentin as well , also in 1 to 10% of persons who use it.

They can both cause sleepiness/drowsiness.

It would be best to discuss the side effects with your doctor so that an alternative can be used if possible.
Decreasing or stopping it may help with the ED if it is the sole cause but would also decreasing any benefit it may be having otherwise, this is the reason it should be done in discussion with your doctor so you can get an alternative.

You should not have to take it if the effects are intolerable.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
agree that likely need discontinuation but should discuss with your doctor

Detailed Answer:
HI

I agree that you should not have to put up with intolerable side effects particularly if you are having few benefits with the medication but you may want to consider speaking to your doctor to see if there an alternative that may agree with you better
