Question : Do injections after prostate surgery help to get back my natural ability to get an erection if I've had a nerve sparing surgery to remove the prostate?

We hear a lot of people complaining about erections after prostate surgery though it was nerve sparing one.
Quite a lot of them start having good sexual function after few months without any therapy.
What type of injections are you planning to take to get back the erection?

It has been more than 9 months from my surgery and the doctor is recommending penile injection. Does that promote the return of natural erections?

I guess your doctor had not said the active ingredients of the injection. I presume it to be alprostadil. This seem effective active in most men up to 90 pc of them who took it. it is not natural for sure.
