Question : Hi Doctor,
I've following a healty diet and excersing more than 3 days a week. I do not eat out a lot, i do not smoke and drink occasionally. Yet i have a problem, I do not see my morning wood and at times have erection problems.. My body fat is also increasing and it is hard for my to build muscles no matter how hard i hit the gym..Could please help with by advising me as to what should i do for it?

Are you married?
If you are married then you should participate in regular intercourse.
If you are not married morning erection will happen and this is actually a good thing to find your sexual stimulus. If you watch porn at night then morning erections will be distored, watching porn will not affect you but what I mean to say you will be too concerned even though everything is normal.
How long did you start on weight loss? If it is more than 3 months then you should talk to a dietician for a better diet plan. You can consult a dietician here for free.
If it is less than 3 months just be patient to see the results. Most often people quit just before they start seeing the results, do not be one of them.
