Question : I get lots and lots of gases during the day, I want to compare the efficacy of Pantocid DSR and Pantocid IT.

Pantocid it contains -- pantoprazole 40 mg, itopride hydrochloride 150 mg.
Pantocid DSR is a combination of 40 mg of pantoprazole sodium and 30 mg of domperidone.

Itopride and domperidone both are prokinetic agent. One of the study suggests that itopride has slightly more effective than domperidone,. I'll give link to one of the study. Check it.
