Suggest Remedies For Facial Flushing And Lip Dryness
Question: hello doctor,
This is namarata from XXXXXXX UK. You have already answered some of my queries regarding dryness of lips and facial flushing. i had a very weird encounter today something which is very embarrassing but at the same time i couldn't stop myself from worrying hence posting this question please do not take me wrong.
today while flushing the toilet i think some water sprinkled on my lips ( i think i do not know).... immediately i washed my hands then my face and then cleaned my lips with water and cotton bud then applied sebamed lip balm . when i google there are many worrying answers that pop up. will i contract some disease or some skin infections because of that. Also till evening my lips were fine i felt but after this incident i feel my left side of the lower lips there is a pinching pain and there is some swelling( i might be over reacting or this pain and swelling could be because of something else i don't know ) but i need clarifications and since you know my case very well thats why i posted this to you. also my hydrocortisone cream got over now in XXXXXXX there is a cream available at the counter which HC45 the ingredients are
Active ingredients: Hydrocortisone Acetate
Also contains: White soft paraffin, Cetomacrogol Emulsifying Wax (includes Cetostearyl Alcohol), Liquid Paraffin, Phenoxyethanol, Purified Water.
please suggest whether i can use this .

Just relax, a splash of water on face will not lead to any diaease.
It needs a prolonged contact, for example someone with infection is using your toilet and you too use it daily.
You remember you had a similar splash of water from stream a few days back.
There is nothing to worry.
Swelling of lip might not be related to this incident.
You can use HC45. The content of the cream is same.

It needs a prolonged contact, for example someone with infection is using your toilet and you too use it daily.
You remember you had a similar splash of water from stream a few days back.
There is nothing to worry.

I have attached few pics which was taken today could please let me know if you could see any improvements or is there still any swelling or redness if yes could you please tell me why is it so ... I do have lower front teeth gums problem gingivitis could it be because of that . Also will following a vegan diet help me as of now I do eat egg and chicken but home cooked I want to clarify
