Keeping fit and healthy cannot only be achieved with medication. Lifestyle modification is the key here. When people come to me with such complaints, I generally advise the following-

Diet modification- taking healthy non spicy diet regularly, small frequent meals throughout the day, avoiding alcohol and smoking if any, taking enough oral fluid and dietary fibers.
Exercise- regular brisk walking, cycling, swimming keeps one fit and enhances metabolism.
Medicine- multivitamins and multiminerals combination with antioxidants keep one healthy and enhances immune system.

Alongwith, from the medicine you take, it seems you have some anxiety or insomnia issue. Some cardiac problem might also be there as propanolol is being taken by you. However, it is used as an anti-anxiety medicine also.
Anyways, you can continue these.

Thanks Dr. Swarnava for your advise, in addition with dietary food and exercise I would like to know the suggested course of safe multivitamin with multi mineral medication to get rid of feeling tiredness and improve enthusiasm for day to day activities.
