Question : Hello Doctor,
From yesterday I am not keeping well and have fever ~100 and bodyache. I had taken combiflam in the morning and was fine till afternoon. Another observation is that from yesterday itself I am finding it difficulty in urinating.
Please consult next course of action.

Could be UTI

Hi,
Thank you for query.
It could be an Urinary tract infection. Drink plenty of fluids. A complete urine analysis will be helpful in diagnosing.
You can take T. dolo 650 thrice daily after food, if you are running temperature.
you can also take T.Zanocin OD twice daily after food for 5 days. These medications are available only with doctor's prescription.
Avoid fatty diet and carbonated drinks.

Thanks for quick response. Couple of hours ago when I was urinating in stand up position but later when I did in sitting position it was slow but okay, not that painful.
