Brief Answer:
Possible Infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am

I can certainly understand your concern

Many of your symptoms point towards underlying Infection. The possible source could be either Gastrointestinal or a Genitourinary Tract.

It's advisable to screen yourself for bacterial/parasitic infections through the following tests

Complete blood counts

Smear for Malarial and Rickettsial Fever

C Reactive Protein

Urinary examination (micro-analysis and culture sensitivity)

Blood culture and sensitivity (only in selective cases if symptoms don't improve within 3 days of initiating Antibiotic therapy.

Usually, I'd recommend a short course of antibiotics like Amoxyclav and Paracetamol to my patients with such symptoms. Please check with your physician if s/he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications and tests to you.
