Question : hi my 2 years daughter is getting fever at night (2-3am) for last two days. She has cough and sore throat too. please advice.

Such problems are common in children

Most often, fever in children is due to viral infection. Antibiotics are not needed. If you can instruct the child properly, gurgling with lukewarm water should help. Also give some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily. Please be patient as it should resolve in 5-7 days.
