Suggest Remedies For Fever In A 16 Month Old Infant

Question: My baby is 16 month old and having fever since two days it increses up to 102 F and vomitting also so please suggest medicine

In my opinion, you should give paracetamol syrup (5ml =125mg) 5 ml for fever and syrup domstal 3.5 ml if vomiting occurs. Domstal is a prescription drug. Your local doctor can prescribe it.

But sir i have given pcm syrup but after 2 to 3 hr temperature again rice 101 102 like this
