Hello,

Do not you have any more symptoms?
If not, you might have heat exhaustion.
I suggest you to rest at home in cool environment, stay on ORS solution. Eat normal food. Avoid caffeinated beverages, alcohol, smoking and non vegetarian.

You may take Tab FLEXON 500mg if the temperature is over 100.

If you have any other symptoms to add please do it in detail.
