Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you doctor stopped seeing you. What was the medication that worked for you. You listed a few and they don't seem to be highly abusive and could have been continued. Please send me a new and complete list of your medications.

1) Narco 10/325 - 6 times a day
2) Cymbalta 60mg - once at bedtime
3)Seroquel 300mg - once at bedtime
4)Ativan 2mg -once in the morning and once at bedtime
5) XXXXXXX 350 mg - 4 times per day for muscle cramps

Thank you so much for responding so quickly. This regamin has helped me for 6 years now. We have never strad from it. We practiced on Lyrica and Neurotin but that did not work for me. The Lyrica made my heart race and the Neurotin did make me so weak I could barely move. After discovering the right meds I have felt like the world has opened up to me and I can now go back to work. Without the meds I'm afraid to leave my house as I don't know how I will feel or if I can even get back to my house.

Can you please help me. I have no insurance so XXXXXXX and White doctors have told me for 2 years that they would not see me that's why I had to go to the doctor I saw in San XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Medication list

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for getting back to me

I appreciate your list of medications. What is currently happening in medicine is the fear of addiction with narcotics so doctors are now pressured to no longer write for longer term narcotics like norco. So you may have a problem getting any new doctor to write for this long term. You may need to see a pain medicine specialist to have them Okay your use of the narcotics. Also on your list is the ativan and XXXXXXX both are also considered addictive and may be difficult to get approval for refills. You may still be able to get them filled by your new doctor or through a pain specialist.

I am sorry for this recent change in your life this is something that has become a problem for years but now is being addressed. It unfortunately puts you in a position of trying to find someone who will continue your current medications. I would recommend see a chronic pain specialist.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions

The pain specialist will not see me for I have no insurance. I've been trying to get in but they tell me no. I'm lost right now with no meds and I can't even get out of bed today or yesterday. I feel like the world has abandoned me.

How do I see a doctor with no insurancee?

Brief Answer:
No insurance

Detailed Answer:
I am so sorry to hear that doctors will not see you due to lack of insurance. Unfortunately there is nothing any one of can do that will change the current environment with doctors and payments. You may try to make a payment plan with a pain doctor but I don't hold too much hope on that. It does seem like you have been abandoned and I think you have. I recommend that you keep trying to see a doctor that can fill your needs. Or find a way to obtain insurance so you can see your doctor. Those are your options at this time.

Best wishes
