Brief Answer:
Non pharmacological measures may be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
Based on the information it might be GERD.
It can not be addressed only by medication, it also requires a non pharmacological measures.
I would suggest few measures that will be beneficial.

A. Consume plenty of water. Keep a water bottle on the working desk and keep sipping water on and off as required. I also advise to drink a glass of water an hour before and after food to make sure of intake of adequate water.
B. Avoid excess consumption of tea/ coffee/ hydrogenated drinks.
C. Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.

D. Antacids like Digene or Gelusil syp, 2tsp in 50ml of water three to four times a day half an hour before food.
You can also take capsule omeprazole 20 mg once daily empty stomach, before breakfast for a week.

E. Maintain a gap of atleast 2 hrs in between dinner and going to bed. Eat frequent small meals instead of heavy ones and do not starve. Do not lie down immediately after food, walk for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Keep your head end slightly raised when sleeping
F. Avoid spicy and oily food for few days till the symptoms are resolved.
G. Avoid or reduce the intake of meat, dairy products, and add more fiber to your diet. Eat lots of salads, vegetables, fresh fruits,
H. You can take probiotics like Sporolac or Ecobion which will be beneficial and you can take curd as well.
I. Avoid gas producing foods like peas, cabbage, legumes, etc. Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. Avoid eating fast and talking while eating.

Regular exercise is very much essential. Follow this measures your symptoms should reduce.

Thanks for support Dr. XXXXXXX Still my problem is not resolved. As advised by you, yesterday I show this to a physician and he asked me for test like 2D echo, ECG and thyroid test. All the test results are normal. Now he has given me a 10 days medicine course and will be doing endoscopy after 10 days, if there is no improvement.
